Billy is extremely professional and his work doesn't border on art... it is art. Most importantly, while Billy is a genuine artist with a camera, he doesn't have the dreaded artist attitude. He is pleasant, down to earth, and a modest gentleman. He works very hard to understand precisely what you want to capture and then applies his vast experience to insure your satisfaction. While not cheap, Billy is well worth his fee as his results are never less than superb. I always say, "Pay for peanuts and you get monkeys". This is very true when applied to marine photography.
